All of our relationships starts with an initial consultation to not only get to know YOU but to also understand your lifestyle and what will help you be successful in this fitness journey as well as determine your unique goals and needs.
Once we decide this is the place for you we then schedule an evaluation to better understand your fitness numbers and where you have physical imbalances (body fat analysis, measurements, Functional Movement Screening (FMS)).
We then custom tailor a fitness program to get you started on your journey and help you to reach your goals. You will work hard! But you will LOVE the RESULTS!
