Taking Action

You say you want to look better, to feel better and maybe lose a few pounds. But what are you actually doing about it? Talking or complaining about it won’t do anything. The best thing to do is to take ACTION! Start out small, maybe getting up a little earlier in the morning to walk, or schedule a specific time for exercise (make an appointment with yourself just like anything else), Don’t eat out as much, exercise with a friend, or just add more physical activity to your day. Make a commitment to yourself, but start out slowly, so that you can build on it. Remember, changing your current lifestyle habits to more healthier ones can be overwhelming, so relax, and take it one day at a time!
