: ACSM Certified Personal Trainer with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and concentration in Exercise Physiology. Megan also holds a SCW Yoga Fundamentals certification, as well as a SCW Small Group Kettle Weight Certification. Megan is an initiative trainer that likes to keep things moving and fun by using a combination of “out of the box” and traditional type of exercises! She will have you doing anything and everything to help you define and tone your body from head to toe, and keep you motivated and wanting more! Megan has been in the health and fitness world for 4 years now, and thoroughly enjoys helping her clients live a healthy, fit, and happy lifestyle.
