We can help with accountability and support, we can put together workout programs and give nutritional guidance BUT what we cannot do is give you the mental shift to stay dedicated and motivated. You must be committed to the end result and doing what is asked of you when you are not with your trainer. We must work as a team to have success. The journey starts with the CORRECT MINDSET.

Alisa Rose, Founder/CEO
Alisa is the Founder of Art Fitness. After researching the growing epidemic of chronic illnesses and the obesity rate in the United States reaching all times highs Alisa felt it was time to take drastic measures to teach individuals how important their body is and small changes every day can be the difference between life and death. Alisa has modeled Art Fitness to be a facility that eliminates intimidation and offers a platform for education, compassion and healthy lifestyle changes without gimmicks or quick fix promise. Because of her dedication to helping individuals Alisa was awarded the 2012 YWCA empowerment award and recently featured on the cover of Signature Magazine as a Top Local Fitness Professional. Alisa also hosts a fitness segment weekly on 101.7 FM WDEL. Alisa has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years and currently holds certifications for Personal Training, TRX, FMS ( Functional Movement Systems) Fitness Nutrition and Medical Exercise. Alisa strongly believes it takes a strong support system to break old habits and make committed changes. It is top priority that Alisa delivers to each person she comes in contact with the motivation and encouragement needed to achieve not only fitness goals but lifelong goals as well. Alisa’s motivation to make Art Fitness a success is to be able to give back to the community, play an active role in decreasing the obesity rate and serve as an example to anyone who holds the dream of becoming an entrepreneur and creating their own destiny. Every success story starts with a dream; it takes determination to turn it into a vision and passion to make it a reality.
Byshi Watson, Fitness Professional
Byshi Watson has over 5 years of fitness experience and a certified Personal Trainer with NASM and has a Sports Nutrition Certification. He began his career in fitness as an in-house trainer, traveling to business’s and homes to train clients and groups. With his experience he has built a career in weight loss, mass gain, muscle endurance, correcting postural imbalances, and increase of flexibility. Byshi is a firm believer in the five p’s which means proper planning prevents poor performance. He believes that having a plan and expecting every possible outcome can guarantee success. Byshi has a passion for helping others and achieving the desired results. He believes that discipline and accountability plays a huge role in anyone’s fitness journey. Personal training should be Personal and Byshi personifies that.
When I retired, I made a commitment to establish a regular exercise routine. I joined a fitness center, met with a personal trainer for 3 sessions and exercised most weekdays. Initially, I saw some positive changes, but it was not long before I plateaued. I kept up with my routine because it was the “healthy thing to do.” It was always the same and it was boring. The results I saw were marginal. I wanted more.
In May 2012, I decided to check out Art Fitness. After an initial consultation with Alisa, I signed a 3-month contract to try the program out. It didn’t take long for me to see that Art Fitness, did indeed, offer something different.
